Preeto ApS (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates pree.to (hereinafter referred to as “ Service ”). Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to pree.to, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that will be most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, as well as to be able to provide the services you have requested, such as. to submit a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content. Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, their purpose, and which third parties have access to it.

Types of data collected

Personal data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“ Personal Data ”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Tracking Cookies Data
For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst’s server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. CookieFirst then stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to activate only those cookies to which you have consented and to properly document this. The data processed is stored until the predefined storage period expires or you request to delete the data. Certain mandatory legal storage periods may apply notwithstanding the aforementioned.

"Cookies" is is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile, etc. similarly for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics, and targeting ads. Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with CookieFirst. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that data of our website visitors is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.<

Server log files
Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected:

Other tracking technologies are used such as beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our website. Service Providers and External Partners
We employ other service providers and external partners to provide services on our behalf to users our service. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and data protection policies and standards.

Clients
We conduct market validation tests for our clients and run various campaigns on different online platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Emails, website’s 3rd-party affiliates, etc, and this may include collecting personal information.

We may share data with our clients to contact you based on your request to receive communications. Our clients are prohibited from using your Personal Data except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data.

Business Transaction
If we or our subsidiaries are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred.

In other cases, we may disclose your information also:

  • to our subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business;

Security of data

Third-party Data Protection Terms

We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, as well as serve you relevant online ads.

Google
We use Google Analytics to track and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google marketing products such Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize.

We use Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. to optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Meta Inc.

MailerLite
